On Sept 21, 2022, RCHS Varsity Volleyball team took on the Hidden Valley High School Titans. The team fell to HVHS 0-3 putting their record at 9-3. 

Junior Server and Right Setter McKenzie Burch reached 1000 assists during the game. 

Burch shared her thoughts on what she was thinking going into the game.

“Hidden Valley was more personal because I played under the head coach before and I’ve played with some of the girls before,” said Burch. “They’re good and we can also be good… we just really really wanted to win.”

Burch thought that maybe a few things could have gone better in the game.

“I think if we would have recognized that number five was hitting where we weren’t, we would have done better,” said Burch.
