Chipotle Mexican Grill is a unique break from the traditional American fast food chains like Chick-fil-A and McDonalds, which offer burgers and fried chicken. Unlike those two, chipotle offers a buffet style Mexican grill. With many great proteins, vegetables, and toppings to choose from, how could Chipotle be a bad choice? Chipotle has been called one of the healthiest fast food restaurants in America and it is evident why.
The journey to Chipotle took us north along Route 11 for about 45 minutes. On the way we listened to traditional Mariachi music to get us in the mood for some good Mexican food.
Once we made it to Chipotle, we ordered our meals. Quincy ordered a Burrito and Dean ordered a Bowl. Dean’s Bowl contained white rice, steak, pico de gallo, and cheese, topped off with a nice Mr. Pibb to drink. Quincy’s Burrito had brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo, queso, and cheese.
Dean ranked his bowl a perfect ten out of ten. Dean stated that his favorite part was the “little tomatoes,” (pico de gallo). With a perfect score, he doesn’t believe there is anything that would make his bowl better.
Quincy ranked his burrito a nine out of ten. Quincy’s favorite part of the burrito was the tortilla, and said that the tortilla is the reason he gets the burrito. He said the burrito would’ve been perfect if he had gotten guacamole on it.
With an average score of nine and a half out of ten, Chipotle is worth the drive. According to LinkedIn, there are about 655,360 different combinations of bowls or burritos to choose from. There is no way to go wrong with Chipotle.
