RCHS Indoor Track
With the start of Winter sports, there have been many highs for RCHS. Indoor track just recently competed in Track Regional Qualifiers. There were many athletes who were able to snag a spot in regionals. Here is a list of the qualifiers,
Luke Whitten- Shot Put
Tupu Mulitalo- Shot Put
Girls 4×800 relay
Boys 4×800 meter relay
Evan Roney- 55 meters
Brianna Marando- Shot Put
Grace Rolon- 1600 meters
Elizabeth McClung – 1000 meters

Eleanor Dare, Sports Editor
Eleanor Dare is a senior at RCHS and this will be her third year in journalism. Eleanor joined journalism because of the class environment she heard about as a freshman, and also her love for sports attracted her to the sports editor position. Eleanor has held that position all three years of journalism. This past summer, Eleanor underwent hip surgery and is hoping to be able to get back into soccer this spring. Eleanor is also the "Blue Chair" on SCA Executive Council. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and watching sports with her family. Eleanor is an avid watcher of "The Kardashians" and "Love Island". Her all time dream vacation destination is Greece. After graduation, Eleanor plans to attend Piedmont Virginia Community College where she will study Diagnostic Medical Sonography in order to become an Ultrasound Technician.
