The varsity Girls’ Soccer defeated Stuarts Draft 1-0 on March 27. Senior forward Abigail Hickman scored the one goal for the team.

Sophomore defender Madeline Swisher thought the team had a good game.

“ I think we did pretty well. We worked really well as a team, a family, keeping communication on the field, encouraging each other, and connecting passes. We all did our jobs and kept the opponent from scoring, resulting in a final score of 1-0. We kept our win streak going, and we hope to keep that streak alive and strong.,” said Swisher.

Drew is a sophomore and plays baseball in his free time. When he’s not playing baseball he is most likely in his room playing Baseball 9 on his phone . He is also a reporter for The Prowler. Drew joined journalism because is a huge fan of writing and likes Mrs. Holton. He also participates in baseball and photojournalism. Potter also likes to have parties at his house which are always super fun. He has tried other sports in life but hasn’t liked them at all. For example he quit soccer after he accidentally kicked the ball at someone and hit them. End of story.
