On Monday Oct. 6, Rockbridge Varsity volleyball played Turner Ashby at home.
In the first set the Cats played hard but fell short 15-25 In the second set Jada Hamilton showed great effort but the cats still fell 19-25
In the third set they battled through and won 25-22
In the final set the Cats finished off losing 17-25 and making the final score 1-3
Junior Geneva Snyder talks a little about the game “We played very hard, and it was a competitive game, and it definitely shows that we have improved since last time we played them, although we still didn’t win.”
The cats showed improvement since their last game against Turner Ashby where they lost 0-3
There next game is Oct. 16 at Allegheny.
