On Thursday, September 25th, volleyball faced off against Staunton. The team performed very well and had a decisive victory, winning all three sets. The first set they won 25-15, the second 25-18, and the third 25-19.
Senior Maisen McKemy was very pleased with the performance of the team.
“We did really good, our goal was to win the game and we made sure to do that. As a team, we played pretty clean and were very hype,” McKemy said. “The team really supported each other when we had a few minor technical errors. We focused on improving those errors to do better the following week.”
The following week they played Buffalo Gap, winning that game 3-1, and the next game is on Oct. 9 against Fort Defiance High School.
