Jonathan Roy is a sophomore at Rockbridge County High School.  He took Journalism this year for the fun opportunities that the class holds. This is his first year in journalism and he is looking forward to seeing how it goes for his first year. Jonathan plays soccer for the high school. He is also excited for his second year in high school. Every year he hosts an Exchange Student.  This year he is hosting a boy from Germany and his name is Gene.  After hours, Jonathan is training to be an expert in Pole Vaulting and go to the 2028 Olympics. He says that if he trains hard enough he could do any sport.
