I’ve been running since sophomore year. I love how running is an individual and a team sport, so you can get better on your own, but still score and be a part of a team. My favorite event is the 4×800, because you get to run fast and rely on your teammates. I run every day, but usually I take one day off over the weekend. I plan to run in college and improve over my future years. – Senior Deena Ludtke

Claire Sigler is a junior at Rockbridge County High School. This is her second year in Journalism and her first year as Art Director. She is ecstatic to continue being involved with the school's newspaper. In her free time, Sigler enjoys drinking too many chai lattes, participating in intense Just Dance battles, and photographing anything and everything. Claire Sigler spends most of her time as a senior company member at the Rockbridge Ballet and partakes in many styles of dance including, pointe, ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip hop. After highschool, she plans on moving to Finland to become a professional sleeper where she will get to write reviews about the comfort of mattresses.
