Students show their school spirit in the Cat Pack Section at the Homecoming Football Game.

There are so many ways to participate in game day school spirit, and dressing up according to the themes is very popular among students.

At football and volleyball games students can dress up according to the theme. This allows students to show their support for our sports teams in a fun way.

The Cat Pack is the official name of the RCHS student section at games. The Cat Pack encourages students to dress up, cheer on, and support fellow classmates.

The Cat Pack is not directly affiliated with the high school and is anonymously run by two students. These students post to help keep the students updated on game days, announcements, and themes.

There are so many different themes for games including USA, Neon, Western, Mardi Gras, and Construction. One person that you will often see at the games is Schuyler Coleman. She shares their favorite part of being in the Cat Pack.

“I like being a part of the cat pack because it’s a great way to get involved in the school and show support to my peers,” said Coleman.

Sophomore Maisen Mckemy shares her favorite game day theme.

“My favorite theme is neon because it is an easy theme for everyone to follow and all the colors look really cool together,” said Mckemy.

Senior Mckenzie Burch shares why her favorite theme for game day.

“I like the western one because I think it’s funny and really fitting for our county,” said Burch.

If you’re ever wondering what the theme for a game is, you can check the Cat Pack Instagram account or scan the QR code at the bottom.
