This is my first year as a library assistant. I wanted to be a library assistant because I enjoy reading books and spending time in the peaceful environment. As a library assistant I spend my time shelving books, organizing the shelves, and checking books in and out. I also help with the general upkeep of the library. When I’m not working I’m able to work on the puzzle or my work for other classes. I have also had the opportunity to help my peers with their classwork, including helping one student learn English. – Sophomore Fisher Howald.

Claire Sigler, Print Editor-in-Chief
Claire Sigler is a senior at Rockbridge County High School. This is her third year as a member of The Prowler, and she is thrilled to be stepping into the role of Editor-in-Chief. Sigler is ecstatic to continue her work with the school’s newspaper and is ready to dive even deeper into its creation. She can often be found sipping one too many chai lattes, enjoying a good movie, or photographing anything and everything. As a dedicated dancer, she spends most of her time as a senior company member at The Rockbridge Ballet, training in a range of styles including pointe, ballet, tap, jazz, and modern. After high school, Sigler plans to expand her passion for design by growing her marketing skills, combining creativity with strategy to make ideas a reality.
