Girls Soccer Recap

March 30, the girls soccer team stormed the field against the Cougars in Stuarts Draft. While they lost with a score of 1-2, the Wildcats have faith that this loss will help fuel them to push forward this competitive season. 

Sophomore Sophia Perlozzo, gave her thoughts on the game. “The progress from the first time playing Stuarts Draft is a big difference from Wednesday night’s game. Even though we lost, the progress shown at the game is proving that if we keep working hard, we will have a successful season.”

Meanwhile, the JV team took the gold for their game with a score of 2-1. Faith Walker expressed how she feels her team has progressed. “I am so proud of our JV team for the amazing win on Wednesday. I feel like we have really grown as a team on and off the field.  I am truly looking forward to the upcoming season and the seasons ahead,” said Walker. 

        Overall the girls soccer teams are thriving on and off the fields and are looking forward to improving as their season progresses.
