Brenden Staley is a first year journalism student, he is attending his junior year at rockbridge county high school. Brenden Staley is in journalism because he wanted to have a fun class with his friends and to be on the prowler. Brenden Staley plays Varsity football for the RCHS Wildcats. His hobbies are fishing and hunting, along with basketball and football. Brenden has been reported to catch really big fish but never tells people which lake/pond he catches these huge fish at, He never will leak this information. Brenden doesn’t play basketball at RCHS although he should, he finds basketball very fun but refuses to play. Brenden wants to be the best athlete he can while maintaining good grades.
Sophomore Addie Brown is a first year journalism reporter. She joined the class to get to know people and get more experience taking pictures. She is excited to get more involved in the school and attend more school events to take pictures for the Prowler. During her free time, she likes going to the race track, playing her guitar, and taking pictures. She also loves her shoes having over 20 pairs of all different kinds. Once she graduates, she hopes to attend school to pursue a profession in the medical field. Brown also has an older sister Ella Cate Brown on the journalism staff and she is one of the reasons she is taking the class. Brown is excited to see what comes next and see the difference she can make.
Senior Addie Flint is a third-year Prowler reporter who is thrilled to keep you in the know. This year, Flint is the Editor-in-Chief for the Prowler Staff. In addition to the Prowler, Flint serves on the Senior Class Council as vice president. You can also find her on the sideline, every Friday night, cheering on your Rockbridge County Wildcats. In her small amount of free time, Flint enjoys piercing ears at her local job in Downtown Lexington, VA. While on the Prowler, Flint plans to extend her knowledge of news and media in hopes of becoming a journalist.
