After Christmas, I noticed lots of people talking about getting legos and enjoying them, I being one of those people. The results from a poll taken by The Prowler of RCHS students revealed it’s clear the vast majority of teenagers enjoy legos and believe they are for all ages. Over 90% of students enjoy building legos and over 86% believe they are made for all ages.
Legos are a popular toy because they encourage creativity and step by step instructed sets for building. People of all ages can enjoy this for fun and therapeutic purposes. Some people find building these very calming.
Another reason legos are so popular is because of their wide target audience. They have collectors sets for those who like collecting things. Many collaborations with Star Wars, Marvel, Disney, etc. appeal to those who are fans of those properties.
Legos are also high quality, reusable, and customizable. They come in small beginner sets all the way to complex large scale replicas and models.
This toy has been around for generations and the nostalgia it brings without fading is priceless and rare. It’s kept its legacy of a fun diverse toy. One of the only toys that can be TRULY for anyone.
