Wildcats Take On PM!

The Wildcats took on PM on Jan. 13. In the final the Wildcats fell to PM, 58-71.

Senior Guard Henry Lambert shared his thoughts.

“We started off really slow which didn’t help, so we really need to improve on our start and finish to games,” said Lambert.

Lambert believes they can improve on starts and finishes.

Senior Guard Simon Emore shares his thoughts on the game,

“Overall I think the game was rough at first, but we started to turn it around, while turning it around it got away from us. I think we can all improve as a team by staying calm, patient, and limiting turnovers as much as we can, and communicating better as a team,” said Emore.

“Maybe a score at halftime or one of the quarters here just to break up the quotes.”

Junior Guard Zane Ramsey adds, “I think overall we played well. A team like PM is tough because of their pure athleticism, but I think we really fought and came up short in the end. Moving forward if we play how we did against them and incorporate more positive things then mistakes we could slip away with wins against other teams,” said Ramsey.

The Wildcats are now 3-21, and will host their senior night Feb 2nd vs Turner Ashby.
