The Rockbridge Boys Tennis team hosted a home match against Lord Botetourt on March 22nd. Coming off a loss in their first match, the Cats looked to bounce back against the Cavaliers. After a back and forth battle the Cats came up just short, falling to the Cavaliers 4-5. 

Senior Matthew Feldman put together a strong performance for the team. 

“I felt really good about the matches I was a part of. I saw major improvement from our last match, and think that the team will continue to get better,” said Feldman. 

Feldman also talked about how the doubles team was dominant on the court. 

“The doubles team continued to have a great match. Everyone comunicated great, and that is a key factor to winning sets,” said Feldman. 

The Wildcats fell to 0-2 on the year.The teams next match will be on the road against Stuarts Draft on 3/23.
