Nala Shearer, Reporter

Junior Nala Shearer is a first year reporter who is so excited to begin her time on the Prowler staff. Though Shearer is a newbie at the bottom of the totem pole, she is ready for the challenge. Shearer has spent most of her life thus far playing an intense version of don’t let the balloon touch the floor. However, she isn’t always locked up in the gym and when she’s allowed outside, she enjoys tending to her cactus garden that contains over 150 breeds of cacti stretched over an entire square mile of land. Shearer lives a fairly lonely life, but her cacti and two pet worms keep her great company on the nights where thunderstorms (her greatest fear) roll through the Great Plains of Lexington, VA. All in all Shearer is ecstatic to be a new addition to the Prowler staff, and hopes that this will set her on her dream path to being able to cover the events of the World Sumo Wrestling Championships in the New York Times.
